📋 Appeals Process

Any applicant or certified client who disagrees with a certification decision has the right to appeal. The appeal must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving the certification decision.

The appeal will be reviewed by a senior member who was not involved in the original decision. The appellant will be notified of the outcome within 30 working days.

💬 Complaints Process

Hamilton Certification welcomes feedback and complaints from all interested parties. All complaints are acknowledged within 5 working days and investigated promptly.

The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the complainant within 30 working days.
