Certification Process

Certification Process

Hamilton Certification follows a structured and transparent certification process in compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1. Below is an overview of the key stages:

1
Application

Submit an application. We will review and provide a quotation based on your scope, size, and complexity.

2
Document Review (Stage 1 Audit)

A desk review of your management system documentation to assess readiness for the on-site audit.

3
On-Site Audit (Stage 2 Audit)

An on-site audit at your premises to verify that your management system is effectively implemented.

4
Corrective Action Review

Any nonconformities identified must be addressed. Hamilton Certification will review and verify corrective actions.

5
Certification Decision

A certification decision is made by a senior decision-maker who was not involved in the audit.

6
Certificate Issuance

The official certificate is issued, valid for three years. Annual surveillance audits maintain certification status.
